Avocado Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados, mashed
  • 1 1/2 C. salsa (LaVictoria)
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 lg. tomatoes, chopped
  • Grated Cheddar-Jack cheese


Preparation

In a 10" Deep dish pie plate or serving dish spread avocadoes in dish. Sprinkle onions over avocadoes then sprinkle tomatoes, followed by the salsa. Spoon the sour cream over the first 4 layers. Top with grated cheese. This is best when made a day before serving.
