Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
  • 1-12 oz. pkg of sausage
  • 2 cans chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes


Preparation

Brown sausage in a skillet and drain grease off. Cut the cheese into 2" chunks and place in crock pot. Add tomatoes (do not drain). Add cooked sausage. Cook on high until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
