Tortilla Stack

Ingredients:

  • 10 flour tortilias
  • 1 sm. can Ortega green chilies
  • 2 C. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • Thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 C. grated mild Cheddar cheese
  • 2 T. butter


Preparation

Butter 2 pie tins. Stack 4 layers, putting some of the ingredients between each layer. Top with fifth tortilla. Bake 15 minutes, or until cheeses are melted and tortilla lightly browned. Invert and slice as a pie. Serve with salsa and sour cream. Serves 10 to 12.
