
Mix flour, sugar (if using honey, add it to liquid ingredients), soda and salt in large bowl. In separate bowl, mix eggs, buttermilk, oil and add to dry ingredients. Beat well. Stir in cereal and nuts. Fill muffin cups ~/z full. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. For microwave fill 3/4 full and bake 3 to 3~/z minutes on high. Keep remainder covered in refrigerater for up to 6 weeks. (Too good to last that long!) Do not stir batter again after refrigerating. Use as needed.
