Combine raisins, fruit and water in a saucepan. Cook uncovered until water is evaporated and fruit is soft. Set aside and cool. Combine four, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, applesauce, sweetener, oil and vanilla. Blend all these ingredients until well blended. Add fruit and gradually mix in dry ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Pour in a greased bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
