In a greased 9x13" pan, sprinkle potatoes and brush with melted butter. Bake at 425° for 25 minutes. Take out of oven, reduce heat to 350°. Layer meat, cheeses and chilies on potato crust. Combine eggs, milk and seasoning; pour on top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. You can add other things (chopped onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc.) if desired. Serve with salsa. Serves approximately 8.
