Ortega Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 C. cooked rice
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 3 oz. can diced green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 C. Jack cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 C. Cheddar cheese, grated


Preparation

Mix rice, 2 cups of Jack cheese, green chilies, sour cream, salt and pepper together in a large bowl. Spread in a 9"x13" baking dish and top with the rest of Jack cheese and Cheddar cheese. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350°. Serve with your favorite Mexican dish.
