Cheesecake

Ingredients:

CRUST

  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 12 to 16 graham crackers
  • 3/4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 C. melted butter

TOPPING

  • 1 sm. sour cream
  • 4 T. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

CENTER

  • 2-8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 C. sugar


Preparation

CRUST: Crush graham crackers, add butter and press into pie plate.
CENTER: Beat until frothy. Pour into crust. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool for 45 to 60 minutes.
TOPPING: Mix ingredients together. Pour onto cooled cheesecake. Bake 10 minutes at 350° Put in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
