Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 C. Karo syrup
  • 2 T. butter, melted
  • 2/3 C. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 C. pecans


Preparation

Preheat oven to 325°. Mix syrup, sugar, salt, melted butter, eggs and vanilia in a bowl with a spoon. Stir in pecans. Pour into a 9" pie shell. Bake at 325° for about 45 minutes.
