Sugarless Apple Pie

Ingredients:

  • Pie crust, enough for top and bottom
  • 3 T. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 7 to 8 apples, Golden Delicious
  • Dash salt
  • 1-12 oz. frozen apple juice


Preparation

Prepare favorite pie crust and put bottom crust in pie pan. In saucepan, combine apple juice (after melting) with flour, cinnamon and salt. Simmer until smooth and thickened. Peel and slice apples, mix with apple juice mixture and pour into pie pan. Top with top pie crust, slit top, bake at 425° for 50 to 60 minutes, or until crust is nicely browned and apples are tender.
