Fruit Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 T. plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1 shake of ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
  • Bananas
  • Apples


Preparation

Mix yogurt and frozen orange juice together; shake cinnamon on top. Dip bananas or apples.
