B-B-Q Beef

Ingredients:
- 1 - 5lb. to 7 lb. brisket or tri-tip
- 4 T. brown sugar
SAUCE:
- 2 T. vinegar, opt.
- 2 onions
- 6 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 T. butter
- 3 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 l/2 C. water
- Salt
- 2 C. catsup
- 2 tsp. liquid smoke
- l/2 C. lemon juice
Preparation
SAUCE:
Mix together all ingredients, bring to boil. Simmer for 30 minutes. MEAT: Wrap meat in double foil. Cook in 275° to 300° oven for 5 hours.
Pour off juice and cover with l/z of the sauce. Cook in oven, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Slice meat, pour more sauce over. Wrap again in foil
and cook for 15 minutes.
