Chicken Monte Carlo

Ingredients:
- 2 C. chicken, boned and cut
- 2 pkgs. broccoli, cooked slightly
- 2 cans chicken soup
- 1 C. mayonnaise
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1/2 T. curry powder
- 1 sm. can water chestnuts
- 1/2 C. bread crumbs
- Generous amount of blanched almonds
Preparation
Layer in casserole dish: broccoli, chicken, chestnuts, broccoli, chicken, chestnuts.
Mix lemon juice, soup, mayonnaise and curry powder; pour over layered ingredients.
Sprinkle bread crumbs and almonds on top. Bake at 350° until mixture bubbles, about 45 minutes, uncovered.
