Cholesterol Bomb Meat Loaf

Ingredients:

  • 2 to 3 Ibs. ground beef
  • 1 T. seasoning salt
  • 1 roll crushed Ritz crackers
  • Onion salt to taste
  • 1-11 I/z oz. can "V-8" juice
  • 1 egg, 2 if needed
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 T. ketchup
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 T. mustard


Preparation

Mix meat, egg, crackers, and enough "V-8" juice to make mixture moist. Use rest of ingredients as desired. Pour rest of "V-8" over meat loaf after you have formed it into a loaf in a large baking dish. Cover. You can add potatoes and carrots around meatloaf. Bake at 350° for 1 ~/z to 2 hours (baking time varies).
