Ham and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients:
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 C. butter or margarine
- 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 C. flour
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 C. ham, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 C. milk
Optional: Ortega chilies or crushed red peppers
- 1-3 oz. soft cream cheese
Preparation
Whip softened cream cheese until smooth, add beaten eggs; mix well. Melt butter and add to egg mixture, blend together
and add cheeses, ham and milk. Mix dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture; mix all ingredients together until
well blended. Pour into greased 3-quart baking dish and bake 50 to 60 minutes in 350° oven.
