Hungry Jacks

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. hot dogs
  • B-B-Q sauce
  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury biscuits
  • B-B-Q potato chips, crushed
  • 10- l/4" strips American cheese


Preparation

Make a slit lengthwise in each hot dog. Stuff with strip of cheese. Roll out each biscuit individually until thin and big enough to wrap around hot dog. Spread B-B-Q sauce on each biscuit, put hot dog on biscuit and wrap completely until edges are sealed with dabs of water. Roll each sealed biscuit in crushed potato chips and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
