Italian Delight

Ingredients:
- 8 oz. shell macaroni
- 1-3 oz. can mushrooms
- 1/4 lb. Butter
- 1 C. grated cheese
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 3 med. Onions
- 1 T. Worcestershire
- 1 green pepper
- 1 T. chili powder
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 C. sherry
- 4-8 oz. cans tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can corn
- 2 tsp. salt
Preparation
Cook macaroni. Saute in butter onions, green pepper, garlic and small amount of meat. Put in 3-quart casserole.
Cook meat and stir in tomato sauce, corn, mushrooms, cheese, brown sugar, Worcestershire, chili powder, sherry,
salt and pepper. Add macaroni; toss and refrigerate overnight. Bake, covered, 1 hour and 55 minutes at 350°.
