Leslie's Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Boned and skinned chicken breasts
    (1 or 2 per serving)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Honey (omit this for low-cal)
  • Minced garlic
  • Lemon and herb seasoning
  • Minced onion
  • Schilling Salad Supreme seasoning


Preparation

Line a 9"x13" baking dish with enough foil to completely wrap chicken. With fork, pierce breasts on both sides. Spice with all the above ingredients, to your taste, cover with Salad Supreme until orange. Dribble a little honey and water all over. Cover loosely with foil and pinch it closed. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. May be served on a bed of rice with parsley for color garnish.
