Matchless Meatloaf

Ingredients:
- 3 T. Iight molasses or brown sugar
- 3 C. soft bread crumbs
- 3 T. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 3 T. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. leaf oregano
- 4 T. ketchup
- l/4 C. finely chopped parsley
- 1 C. milk
- 3 lbs. ground beef or
- 1 1/2 lbs. sausage and 1 1/2 lbs. beef
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 env. or can onion soup mix
- Green pepper
Preparation
Blend molasses and mustard. Stir in vinegar, ketchup, milk, eggs, onion soup mix and bread crumbs.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
