Super Sausage Supper

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Hillshire Farms polska-kielbasa
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1/2 C. celery
- 3 T. bacon fat or vegetable oil
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 4 lg. potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Fry potatoes, carrots, celery and onions over low heat, in heavy skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cut sausage in
chunks, place over vegetables. Cover pan and cook for about 1 hour. Serves 4.
