Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle Russian salad dressing
  • 1-18 oz. pineapple/apricot jam
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix


Preparation

Arrange chicken in a pan. Mix jam, dressing, and soup mix together. Pour over chicken. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Extra sauce can be kept in the refrigerator.
