Zucchini Pizza

Ingredients:

CRUST:

  • 4 C. grated zucchini, juice squeezed out
  • 1 1/z C. cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/z C. mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

TOPPING:
  • 1 lb. Hamburger
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1-8 oz. jar spaghetti sauce


Preparation

Mix together all crust ingredients and press in Pam-sprayed 9"x13" pan. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Mix together all topping ingredients and put on top of baked crust layer. Top these layers with layer of cheese, pepperoni or any other favorite pizza topping. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
