Creamed Corn

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. frozen corn
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1 C. heavy cream Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 C. milk


Preparation

Combine all ingredients in saucepan, cook until corn is tender and mixture is thickened. If necessary, can be thickened a little more with flour.
