Valley Bible Church's - High School Ministry
Our High School Ministry (known as "Powerhouse") focuses on Bible teaching, leadership training, worship, outreach and
discipleship. Our goal is to mature each student to walk with God and serve Him when they leave high school and enter
adulthood.
Our high school group meets upstairs in room 204 of the two-story building on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.
and on Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m.
Here is our activity Calendar page.
Also, during the many of our Sunday morning meetings, each student has the opportunity to meet in a small group with one
of the High School Ministry staff for discipleship. This time of instruction, accountability and care are crucial to
equip our youth to love God, one another and the unsaved.
We are happy to provide you with studies from the youth groups.
We also have a student leadership program for youth, an annual week long retreat and an annual missions trip to Mexico.

High School AWANA program
One of our discipleship groups is our High School Awana program, which uses Awana material. We have designed our High
School Awana program, known as Varsity, to function as a part of our High School Group rather than as a separate entity.
If you have any comments or questions, please feel free to e-mail one of our
High School leaders.
Since our activities are very important to the spiritual life of our youth and they can become expensive, we have added a
Scrip program to help families with the costs and allow their children to be able to fully participate in our Youth
Ministry.
To participate in our activities you will need to have a VBC Permission and Medical Consent form filled out and signed at
the church office.
