a. Welcome people on Thursday night by saying "Hi" and talking with them
b. Do anything else that helps people feel at home
2. Follow-up Team
a. Get visitors' addresses and phone numbers and make sure that all new people are re-invited
and transportation is arranged within one week
b. Think of ways to make visitors feel more comfortable and become part of the group
3. Scenic Engineering Team
a. Set up for events early (at least 15 minutes)
b. Clean up after events
c. Help organize transportation for events
4. Decorating/Refreshments Team
a. Organize refreshments for selected events
b. Decorate the junior high room
5. Mission Team
a. Help plan and publicize our mission trips
6. Photography/Media Team
a. Take, organize, mark, and store photos
b. Put up at least one bulletin board and fill it with up-to-date pictures and flyers
7. Telephone Contact/Care Team
a. Call new or fringe people and invite them to events
b. Work in conjunction with Follow-up Team when necessary
c. Send birthday, get well cards, etc.
8. Evangelism/Publicity Team
a. Mail a monthly or bi-monthly newsletter/calendar
b. Plan creative ways to publicize evangelism events
9. Sunday school team
a. Support, advise and help run Sunday school
b. Consider changing format to meet needs in the group
10. Activities Team
a. Plan and promote youth activities
b. Publicize the activities (with the publicity team)
11. Devotion/Share Team
a. Plan devotional and prayer ideas
b. Be trained to lead a small group/devotional time
12. Music
a. Develop a plan for music in the group
b. Pick songs for worship
c. Play, sing or lead music
