The Audio and Video files you'll find on our site have been recorded over the years in multiple formats. Please locate the
appropriate heading below for the particular file you're having trouble with.
Help with Real Audio and Real Video
Many files have been recorded in Real Audio and Real Videoformat. To listen to them, you must first download an audio player
that can play Real Audio files. Free players are available at www.real.com
for various types of computers. You will first see the opportunity to purchase a more advanced version of Real Player. The free
player works find for these sermons but some people find it difficult to find the free program. There is usually
a link toward the bottom of the real.com home page that gives the opportunity to get the free player, just look carefully. That site has
instructions for installing the downloaded program. Generally, you just save it to your disk. Then, when it's done downloading, you double click on it.
If the sound breaks up or there are too many pauses, try quitting any other programs that are running at the same time.
If that still doesn't help, it may be congestion on the Internet or, more likely, with your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Our sermons can be downloaded to your hard drive by using the right mouse button to click on "ra" for the audio file and
choosing the "Save Target As" option (in Internet Explorer) or "Save Link As" option (in Netscape). If it doesn't work in
Explorer, try using Netscape. The video file can be downloaded the same way except you click on the "rm" link.
If you have a Macintosh and if you are using Netscape, click on the link and hold down the mouse button and select SAVE
THIS LINK AS. With a Mac and Internet Explorer, click on the link and hold down the mouse button and select DOWNLOAD LINK
TO DISK. If you receive odd letters and symbols on your screen it is because you did not follow these directions!
The download of video files may take a while since these files are huge.
Help with MP3 Sermon Files
If the MP3 file does not play, it may be because you need to obtain a player. Many are available to download for free on
the internet. Real Player 8 Basic will play MP3 files as well as Real Audio and Real Video files and may be downloaded at
www.real.com.
The Windows Operating Systems provide Windows Media Player which will play multiple formats
