Avocado Dip: Submitted by: Carol Guinn | Date Added: 3 Apr 2013 Ingredients:

■ 2 avocados, mashed
■ 1 1/2 C. salsa (LaVictoria)
■ 5 green onions, chopped
■ 1 pt. sour cream
■ 2 lg. tomatoes, chopped
■ Grated Cheddar-Jack cheese

Cooking Instructions:

In a 10" Deep dish pie plate or serving dish spread avocados in dish.
Sprinkle onions over avocados then sprinkle tomatoes, followed by the salsa.
Spoon the sour cream over the first 4 layers. Top with grated cheese.

This is best when made a day before serving.
