■ 1 pkg. Vermicelli
■ 2 bell peppers
■ bottle of Italian dressing
■ 2 cucumbers
■ 6 med. firm tomatoes
■ 1 jar Salad Supreme
■ 1 sm. red onion

Cooking Instructions:

Cook vermicelli just until done, drain, rinse and cool. Cut all vegetables into bite-size pieces. Combine all ingredients until mixed; cover and refrigerate. Serve cold. This will serve several and is better if made the day ahead.
