■ 2 C. chicken, boned and cut
■ 2 pkgs. broccoli, cooked slightly
■ 2 cans chicken soup
■ 1 C. mayonnaise
■ 1 T. lemon juice
■ 1/2 T. curry powder
■ 1 sm. can water chestnuts
■ 1/2 C. bread crumbs
■ Generous amount of blanched almonds

Cooking Instructions:

Layer in casserole dish: broccoli, chicken, chestnuts, broccoli, chicken, chestnuts. Mix lemon juice, soup, mayonnaise and curry powder; pour over layered ingredients. Sprinkle bread crumbs and almonds on top. Bake at 350 until mixture bubbles, about 45 minutes, uncovered.
