■ 1 lb. Hillshire Farms polska-kielbasa
■ 3 carrots, sliced
■ 1/2 C. celery
■ 3 T. bacon fat or vegetable oil
■ 1 med. onion, chopped
■ 4 lg. potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
■ Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Fry potatoes, carrots, celery and onions over low heat, in heavy skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cut sausage in chunks, place over vegetables. Cover pan and cook for about 1 hour. Serves 4.
