■ Select a large brisket roast (trim off excess fat)
■ Salt and pepper
■ Garlic powder
■ 2 pkgs. onion soup mix (1 box)

Cooking Instructions:

Place foil in pan or cookie sheet. Meat will be double wrapped. Tear 2 sheets of foil, large enough to wrap meat criss-crossed, spread 1 package of onion soup on the foil. After seasoning meat with salt, pepper and garlic powder, place roast on top of soup. Ciose foil and seal tightly. Bake in 300 oven 4 hours. Use au jus from roast over meat and mashed potatoes. Meat always turns out juicy and tender.
