Crab Potato Salad: Submitted by: Don Drumm | Date Added: 4 Apr 2013 Ingredients:

■ 7 potatoes, fairly large
■ 1/2 tsp. Lawry's season salt
■ 6 eggs, boiled and chopped
Pepper to taste
■ 1 1/2 C. mayonnaise
■ 1/2 bag imitation crab, about 1/2 pound
■ 1/2 onion, small and diced
■ 1/2 tsp garlic salt or powder

Cooking Instructions:

Cut and boil diced potatoes until done, but not mushy. Rinse in cold water and let cool. Mix with all remaining ingredients until well blended. All ingredients are approximate measurements, everything can be adjusted to taste and consistency. Serve cold and enjoy!
