■ 1 C. grated Cheddar cheese
■ 1 C. mayonnaise
■ 1 med. finely chopped onion
■ Dash of hot pepper to taste, - optional

Cooking Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together in saucepan and heat over medium heat on stove until cheese is melted. Serve hot. Great for dipping your favorite chips or appetizer or for a rich sauce with steamed vegetables.
