■ 1-16 oz. can refried beans
■ 1 sm. can diced green chilies
■ 2 or 3 avocados
■ 1 sm. can sliced black olives
■ 1 C. sour cream
■ 1 lg. tomato, diced
■ Monterey Jack cheese
■ 1 C. mayonnaise
■ Cheddar cheese
■ 3/4 pkg. taco seasoning

Cooking Instructions:

Spread beans in a thin layer on bottom of large, shallow casserole. Mash avocadoes and spread over beans. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream with taco seasoning and spread over avocados. Grate desired amounts of both cheeses, mix together and sprinkle over sour cream mixture. Top with chilies, black olives and diced tomato. Then start dipping with your favorite chip!
