■ 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
■ 1/2 C. milk
■ 2 cans cream of celery soup
■ 2 C. cheese, shredded
■ 1 sm. sour cream
■ Pepper
■ 1 onion

Cooking Instructions:

Mix together; put in 9"x11" baking dish. Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more until brown
