CRUST
■ 2 tsp. vanilla
■ 12 to 16 graham crackers
■ 3/4 tsp. lemon juice
■ 1/2 C. melted butter

TOPPING
■ 1 sm. sour cream
■ 4 T. sugar
■ 1 tsp. vanilla

CENTER
■ 2-8 oz. cream cheese
■ 2 beaten eggs
■ 3/4 C. sugar

Cooking Instructions:

CRUST: Crush graham crackers, add butter and press into pie plate.
CENTER: Beat until frothy. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool for 45 to 60 minutes.
TOPPING: Mix ingredients together. Pour onto cooled cheesecake. Bake 10 minutes at 350 Put in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
