■ 4 T. sesame seeds
■ 1 C. slivered almonds
■ 1 head cabbage, chopped
■ 4 green onions, minced
■ 2 pkgs. chicken Top Ramen, crumbled

■ 4 T. sugar
■ 1 C. oil
■ 6 T. red wine vinegar
■ 1 tsp. Pepper
■ Flavoring from 2 pkgs. chicken Top Ramen

Cooking Instructions

Toast sesame seeds and almonds at 350. Watch carefully, they burn fast. Mix all dressing ingredients thoroughly. Chill until ready to use. Toss cabbage, onions, Top Ramen, sesame seeds and almonds with the dressing. Serve.
Note: For a luncheon, serve with chunks of meat (chicken or turkey).
