■ 1 pkg. Orza or Rosmarino pasta, cooked
■ 3/4 C. sugar
■ 3 T. flour
■ 1 can pineapple, crushed and drained
■ 2 eggs, beaten
■ 1/2 tsp. salt
■ 1 can mandarin oranges
■ 1-8 oz. Cool Whip

Cooking Instructions

Prepare pasta according to directions; drain and cool. Pour pineapple juice, drained from can, into saucepan with sugar, eggs, flour and salt. Stir well and simmer until thickened. Let cool a little while then mix with pasta and refrigerate overnight. Next day, add all remaining ingredients and refrigerate at least 2 hours and serve. Is great for large gatherings.
