Ingredients

■ 8 oz. shell macaroni
■ 1-3 oz. can mushrooms
■ 1/4 lb. Butter
■ 1 C. grated cheese
■ 2 lbs. ground beef
■ 1 T. brown sugar
■ 3 med. Onions
■ 1 T. Worcestershire
■ 1 green pepper
■ 1 T. chili powder
■ 3 cloves garlic
■ 1/2 C. sherry
■ 4-8 oz. cans tomato sauce
■ 1/4 tsp. pepper
■ 1 can corn
■ 2 tsp. salt

Cooking Instructions

Cook macaroni. Saute in butter onions, green pepper, garlic and small amount of meat. Put in 3-quart casserole. Cook meat and stir in tomato sauce, corn, mushrooms, cheese, brown sugar, Worcestershire, chili powder, sherry, salt and pepper. Add macaroni; toss and refrigerate overnight. Bake, covered, 1 hour and 55 minutes at 350.
