■ 2 to 3 lbs. ground beef
■ 1 T. seasoning salt
■ 1 roll crushed Ritz crackers
■ Onion salt to taste
■ 1-11 oz. can "V-8" juice
■ 1 egg, 2 if needed
■ Salt to taste
■ 3 T. ketchup
■ Pepper to taste
■ 2 T. mustard

Cooking Instructions

Mix meat, egg, crackers, and enough "V-8" juice to make mixture moist. Use rest of ingredients as desired. Pour rest of "V-8" over meat loaf after you have formed it into a loaf in a large baking dish. Cover. You can add potatoes and carrots around meatloaf. Bake at 350 for 1 ~/z to 2 hours (baking time varies).
