Ingredients

■ 10 flour tortilias
■ 1 sm. can Ortega green chilies
■ 2 C. grated Monterey Jack cheese
■ Thinly sliced green onions
■ 2 C. grated mild Cheddar cheese
■ 2 T. butter

Cooking Instructions

Butter 2 pie tins. Stack 4 layers, putting some of the ingredients between each layer. Top with fifth tortilla. Bake 15 minutes, or until cheeses are melted and tortilla lightly browned. Invert and slice as a pie. Serve with salsa and sour cream. Serves 10 to 12.
