■ 3/4 C. flour
■ 2 T. oil
■ 1/4 tsp. salt 1 egg
■ 1/2 C. milk
■ 3 Bermuda onions

Cooking Instructions

Mix flour and salt in bowl. Add milk, oil and egg. Beat until smooth. Cut onions into 1/4 " slices; separate into rings. Drop a few at a time into hot oil (375). Fry for 2 to 3 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain on paper towels.
